Matheus Santos graduated in Business Management from St. Francis College in Brooklyn (NY) and has a certificate in Financial Accounting from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV). In addition, he attended Golden West College in Huntington Beach (CA), where he began a course in Human Sciences.

Matheus worked as a management assistant during college and then was responsible for the Financial area of the Manoel dos Santos academy, contributing to the management of cash flow, analysis and monitoring of expenses and revenues, improvement of financial indicators, and control of delinquencies. He also has experience in implementation projects, market studies, Business Plan, and financial feasibility.

Helping companies be more competitive and organized through specialized management, implementation of new projects, and reorganization of areas and processes is the goal of this professional at RGF.
