Fred has a degree in Business Administration from the Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa (Insper), where he also gained practical knowledge by developing a Business Plan and working with Puratos.

 

A proactive professional who seeks constant development, Fred had contact with the market while still in college. At Insper, he participated in the creation of a Business Plan focused on Marketing, Finance, Human Relations, Processes, and Strategy - including analysis and projections. In addition, he worked alongside the multinational Puratos to solve issues related to order concentration: he developed a sales incentive strategy capable of spreading orders throughout the month, ensuring that logistics did not have to deal with high concentrations of demand volume at once.

 

In 2021, Fred was an intern in the Trade Marketing Logistics department at Heineken, responsible for materials registration. During this period, he worked on purchase order administration, process mapping, and presentation to senior management, as well as maintained contact with the headquarters in Amsterdam. In this experience, Fred's main achievement was the development of a new materials registration model, exploring improvement opportunities and enabling an increase of over 50% in efficiency in the process.

 

Fred brings as a differential his critical thinking and logical reasoning skills geared towards problem solving. He identifies with RGF's dynamic work model, where each project requires a new learning process and distinct skills. Thus, he participates in strategies related to all market segments and delivers in an agile and practical manner.
