Claudio Damasceno

As an experienced professional, Claudio holds a degree in Economics from the College of Economics, Administration, Accounting and Actuarial Science at the University of São Paulo (FEA-USP), where he returned after 20 years, also studying Pedagogy at the College of Education, as well as Philosophy at the São Bento College. In the last 10 years, he has specialized in different areas of management, such as Digital Strategies at Columbia Business School, Digital Transformation at the University of Virginia & BCG, Business Strategy at the University of Illinois, Blockchain at INSEAD, and XBA at StartSe/Nova SBE.

 

Acting in business planning and turn-around even before leaving college, Claudio started his career early as a manager and business consultant, working in various sectors: Food Distribution, Beauty, Events, Publishing, Logistics, Franchising, Construction, NGO, Chemical and Entertainment. In this long journey, he has left his mark on numerous renowned companies, such as Cinemark, Unilever, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Makro, Petrobras, Holcim, Abril Educação, ABF, PWC, and Lloyds Bank.

 

Claudio also brings his experience and know-how to other areas in which he works: he is a counselor and former president of the Association for the Family ASPF, and was president of the Financial Commission of the Pinheiros Sports Club, as well as president of CAVC-FEA-USP. All of this without mentioning that he was also a technical reviewer of the NRF Foundation, in the Retail Certification of Castle Worldwide.

 

His expertise in business planning, transformation management, and strategic team management make Claudio a professional who provides a panoramic view of the market and brings quick thinking and proactivity to project execution.
