Carlos Viriato is an Electrical Engineer from the Federal University of São João del-Rei (UFSJ) with a fellowship at the Budapest University of Technology and Economics (BME), has a postgraduate degree in Logistics and Railroad Engineering from Universidade Positivo, and specializes in Lean Manufacturing at Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná (PUC/PR) with a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from IASSC. In addition, Viriato holds a Master's degree in Intelligent Systems & Artificial Intelligence from the Federal University of Juiz de Fora (UFJF).

Before joining RGF, Viriato's academic and professional journey was successful and diversified. In college, he conducted research that qualified him to participate in international events, receive awards in renowned competitions, and join student groups that went on to become large companies. And his career followed the same pace: seeking new knowledge with each successfully completed project.

A dedicated and committed professional, he began as an intern while still in college and then did an international internship at ABB in Poland and at the BME Department of Control Engineering and Information Technology in Hungary, working in the Product Development area. He also worked at institutions such as RUMO Logística, where he coordinated the Maintenance Planning and Control, and MRS Logística, where he used his expertise in the areas of Strategic Maintenance Planning and Industrial Engineering Planning. In both companies, Viriato stood out for improving resource allocation, generating savings, and developing and implementing strategic plans, as well as improving production, maintenance planning, and control processes. Thus, he has accumulated extensive experience in team development, solution modeling, and strategic asset management, always exceeding targets and achieving excellence in results.

The determination to solve complex situations objectively, de-bureaucratize processes, and participate in every stage of projects connected this restless professional to RGF. Whether through advisory, implementation, or interim management, Viriato is always committed to delivering solutions based on ethical, quality, and client partnership principles.
