What We Did


Elaboramos estudos de mercado para armazenagem de combustível considerando as seguintes localizações: Porto de Itaqui/MA, Santos/SP e Paranaguá/PR;

O cliente aceitou a recomendação do Porto de Itaqui/MA e após o lançamento do edital para licitação, solicitou o desenvolvimento de business plan for 4 liquid terminals;

After this study, we were again hired to lead the participation in 4 tenders involving investments of more than R$ 800 million;

Following our recommendation, the company won 3 of the 4 areas tendered and entrusted us with structuring the new Bulk Liquid Terminals Business Unit. RGF did the planning and implementation of the new terminals through interim management, hired the permanent managers and handed over the baton to the new management.

Acquisition of 3 of the 4 terminals auctioned by B3 (stock exchange);

Implementation of 3 Fuel Terminals in Itaqui/MA.
