Ronaldo has a degree in Civil Engineering from the Polytechnic School of the University of São Paulo (Poli-USP) and a degree in Accounting from the SENAC University Center. He has an MBA in Business Administration and is currently studying for a master's degree in Management for Competitiveness in the Finance and Controller area at the School of Business Administration of São Paulo of the Fundação Getulio Vargas (EAESP-FGV).

Ronaldo começou a sua carreira como trainee no Banco Santander, onde chegou à posição de gerente de Planejamento. Posteriormente, foi para a Logimed compor o time de implementação da startup e, depois, assumiu o cargo de gerente de Planejamento Financeiro da empresa. Em seguida, na Accenture, realizou diversos projetos como Management Consulting Manager – Finance & Enterprise Performance, tais quais a reestruturação do Financeiro da maior operadora de turismo do Brasil e a implementação do centro de serviços compartilhados de uma das maiores trandings de commodities do mundo, entre outros empreendimentos bem-sucedidos.

Before joining RGF, he also worked as a Sr. Project Manager - Finance Transformation at Citibank and as a Senior Planning Manager at PDG Incorporadora. Here, he shares his expertise in M&A, market research, debt restructuring, management model implementation, and business plan with the team. 

Self-taught, creative, and with active listening to find solutions to problems, Ronaldo identifies with the practical mentality of RGF, which focuses on quickly understanding the needs of the client.
