Rodrigo holds a degree in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of São Carlos (UFSCar) and has also completed a postgraduate degree in Business Administration at the Institute of Teaching and Research (Insper).

Throughout his career, Gallegos has worked at companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Santander, Itaú Unibanco, Telefônica and IR Investments, always focused on organizational, financial, and project strategy, in areas such as PMO, Special/Financial Projects, Compliance and Legal Projects, Customer Experience/Satisfaction and Financial Projects, allowing him to gain strategic knowledge in a wide range of market segments.
