Rafael Pinto graduated in Electrical Engineering and has a Master's and Doctorate in Mathematical Modeling Applied to Electrical Engineering from the Universidade Federal do Paraná (UFPR), in addition to a postgraduate degree in Data Science from the Pontifícia Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais (PUC Minas) and an MBA from the Universidade de São Paulo (USP).

Rafael was Research and Development and Data Manager at Rumo Logística, where he worked on the structuring and implementation of technology projects and led several initiatives, such as process improvement, artificial intelligence projects, and M&A. He also has experience in financial analysis and valuation, which, together with his logical reasoning skills for business and innovation in solving challenges, make him an expert in solving complex problems.

In the projects he works on at RGF, Rafael focuses on meeting the real needs of clients, delivering results that make a difference. Thus, he contributes with strategic management capable of restructuring companies and helping them grow and develop in the most assertive way in the market, with the goal of generating the effective turnaround of the business.
