Roberta is a Production Engineer from the Mauá School of Engineering. She completed part of her degree at the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona, focusing on Business Administration, and finished her studies with a project related to the Free Electricity Contracting Market.

Roberta began her career as a New Business intern at Ultracargo, where she developed professionally over a long period of time: she joined the newly-created Strategic Planning and Innovation team, coordinated innovation activities, was responsible for creating and updating market studies for the Market Intelligence and Pricing area, structured and led workshops on the introduction of the company's commercial policy and pricing, and participated in the development of business plans for new business projects.

Before joining RGF, Roberta worked at Banco Pan as a senior managerial information analyst in the Efficiency and Expense Management area, where she gained experience in contract management, negotiating with large suppliers, analyzing cost reduction and efficiency, and managing the budgeting process. She has also worked on an independent consulting project, helping to develop growth roadmaps through strategic evaluations, risk and opportunity analysis, and financial/valuation modeling for a port logistics company.

Roberta is skilled at establishing connections and identifying synergies, combining analytical depth with a light touch in her project execution. Her excellent teamwork also ensures a dynamic delivery, with the exchange of knowledge between different areas and segments, and a close and positive relationship with clients.

She works in strategic fronts, with a holistic view of business, focusing on problem-solving and supporting decision-making.
